What did these cases decide about who controls the remains?

A will that sets payment in installments and an age for a minor's share controls the money long after the funeral is over. Families can sue the government over how it treats a body, and a jury will value that privacy in millions. Ashes divided among many hands become property that heirs can fight over; a will should say who holds them and where they go.
