What did these cases decide about succession, primogeniture and regency?

A creator who divides his life between a wife and a partner, and his film rights among investors, leaves each of them a veto over the others. An abdication settlement is a contract, and hiding assets during it costs the trust it depends on. A sealed will blocks outsiders, including claimants with no case, from using the estate as evidence.
