What did these cases decide about proving that a will is real?

A creditor can claim against a dead person's trust with forged loan papers, and the trustee has to go to court to stop the foreclosure sale. Intestacy with 11 children and offshore companies invited fraud; a will with an independent trustee would have closed the gap. Without a valid will, intestacy rules choose the heirs, and a disputed domicile can let 2 states claim death taxes on the same estate.
