What do the probate and trust law estate cases show?

A will that pours everything into a private trust keeps the shares out of the public file, but the executors' fees and payments still need court approval and any beneficiary can object to them. When the only heir is a minor, the probate court can appoint a separate lawyer to review the contracts the executors are paying, and that review can end a manager's share of the estate.
